This is what a captured Court looks like

Last week, the Supreme Court made it apparent they’re not here to stop Trump’s executive overreach. They’re here to clear his path.
By limiting nationwide injunctions, they’ve made it easier for Trump to enforce executive orders state by state.
That means if he tries again to end birthright citizenship, some states could see it take effect before the courts can intervene.
And here’s the catch—only the people directly impacted can bring a lawsuit. If you don’t have the time, the money, or the legal support to fight it, you’re out of luck.
Then they approved religious exemptions that let parents block LGBTQ-inclusive lessons in school.
That’s not tolerance. That’s not liberty. That’s the government deciding who gets to exist in public life.
Taken together, these decisions are part of a power grab by a Court that refuses to check Trump, and by a president who has surrounded himself with loyalists who will sign off on anything.
He is building a country where rights depend on your zip code and erasure is enforced by law.
We know my opponent Jack Bergman won’t fight back. He won’t defend this district or the people in it.
He has voted with Trump again and again, cutting services for veterans, slashing rural hospitals, and staying silent while basic freedoms are stripped away.
That’s why I’m running because Congress is still the people’s branch, and it’s up to us to stop our malignant narcissist president from twisting every aspect of our government and our society to serve his ego and line his pockets.
In a district this vast, stretching from the shores of the Great Lakes to small farming towns, we need someone willing to fight for all of us, not just one man’s agenda.
We’re still a little short of our fundraising goal for the month and I need your help to catch up. The funds we raise in the next few days will help us organize across the Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan, expand our field team, and put Bergman on notice that our community does not bow to Trump and is not here to serve his agenda.
Let’s get to work,
